Restless legs syndrome (RLS) treatment depends on the type and severity of symptoms. Getting regular exercise and enough sleep may relieve mild symptoms. Medicines may be tried when symptoms are severe and interfere with sleep and daily functioning. If the symptoms are being caused by another medical condition(such as iron deficiency anemia), treat that condition first. Seek diagnosis and treatment from the nearest health unit if you suspect RLS.
