Stress can be physical, mental or emotional. It is normal but sometimes may exceed your tolerance due to internal or external factors in your life. When you have stress your body responds as if you are in danger. We all have stress sometimes and sometimes it can be positive helping us to meet a deadline or get things done. But long-term stress can increase the risk of diseases like depression, obesity, digestive problems, insomnia and heart disease.
