Stress comes in many forms and affects most people at some time in their life. You can reduce stress or find better ways to cope with stress by taking good care of yourself, getting plenty of rest, eating well, avoiding drugs, alcohol and cigarettes and manage your time better. Speaking to friends and family and trying new ways of thinking can help reduce stress. See a health worker or counsellor if you feel you cannot manage your stress alone.
