Hyperthyroidism symptoms vary from person to person but common symptoms include:nervousness or irritability, fatigue or muscle weakness, trouble sleeping, sensitivity to heat, hand tremors, rapid and irregular heartbeat, the eyes wider and more pushed out than normal, diarrhea, weight loss, increased appetite, changes in menstrual patterns, mood swings and goiter.
