Circumcised men are not safe from Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) or HIV. You get STIs and HIV by having sex without a condom with an infected person. EVERYONE is at risk, it is nothing to do with circumcision. Even if you are circumcised you should protect yourself by using a condom every time you have sex or being faithful to one partner you have tested with.
