People with psoriasis may experience it sometimes without any symptoms. When they appear, the symptoms may include: red raised patches of scaly skin, dry, cracked or flaky skin (which bleeds at times), skin that burns, is itchy or sore and pus-filled blisters on the patched skin(in severe cases). Symptoms often appear on the skin of the knees and elbows, although psoriasis may occur anywhere on the body.
