Classic migraine usually has a warning which includes: sudden eyesight change (bright spots or zigzag lines, double vision or temporary partial blindness), followed by numbness and tingling of the lips, face, hands, weakness of an arm or leg, dizziness, drowsiness, slight confusion and slurred speech. Some people may have one or a few of these symptoms and tend to occur in the same combination in each attack.
