There are more than 200 forms of massage therapy, the differences are; the technique, the level of pressure and force applied and the use of lotions and powders. There are many different types of massage, including the common types; Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage and trigger point massage. Remember do not eat right before the massage. Allow yourself time to relax before a massage, steam bath, sauna or hot bath can help relax. The massage therapists should be a trained one.
