The severe form of pulmonary stenosis predisposes you to various complications. One is bacteria forming on the damaged valves(infective endocarditis) damaging the valve further. The stenosed valve also predisposes the heart to very irregular beats(fibrillation).This can lead to death. The long standing complications eventually lead to the heart failing to perform its functions, eg heart failure and fluid overload.
