The symptoms of pulmonary stenosis are many and they depend on the degree of narrowing. If mild, there may be no symptoms, otherwise you will get bluish discoloration, quick heavy breathing, shortness of breath and a quick heart beat. There may also be tiredness and swelling of feet, face and tummy.
