If your tricuspid stenosis goes without medical attention, it is likely to give you complications. One is bacteria forming on the damaged valves, a condition called infective endocarditis, damaging the valve further. The stenosed valve also predisposes the heart to very irregular beats, a condition called fibrillation. This can lead to death. The long-standing complications eventually lead to the heart failing to perform its functions, eg heart failure and fluid overload.
