Follow up on how you are managing your allergies(if you have any) and after surgery is important. If you have had a complication, eg in your eyes or brain, you need to be followed up closely by specialists. The doctor also needs to see you regularly, esp if you are on swallowed steroids, to evaluate if it is necessary that you continue taking them as they could have side effects.
