You need to make some adjustments to your life to better cope with this condition. You need to identify and avoid anything that irritates your nose e. g. dust, smoking and some sprays. You also need to reduce the amount of alcohol and coffee you take as these cause dehydration, making your mucus thick so that it blocks your nose. You need to rest more and sleep with your head elevated so that your nasal passages can drain easily.
