Pancytopenia symptoms may be different in each individual case and can include anemia, bleeding problems, easy bruising, fatigue, frequent infections, headache, excessive menstrual bleeding, nose bleeds, increased heart rate, rectal bleeding and shortness of breath. These can also be symptoms of other diseases, so seek IMMEDIATE diagnosis and treatment from the nearest health unit if you experience any of them.
