Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin that can be transmitted from one person to another. The usual sign is an itching, burning rash in a circular shape. Avoid sharing clothes, sheets, towels and combs with others as a way to avoid ringworm. Ringworm can be cured so visit the nearest health centre for medical care and treatment IMMEDIATELY if you suspect you have it.
