Sexual abuse/defilement is any type of unwanted sexual touching of a male or female of any age, including vaginal/anal sex. It can also be showing someone pornography/sexual body parts against their will. You are not to blame if you have been the victim of sexual abuse. Victims of sexual abuse can feel sad and anxious-try to speak to a friend/relative who you trust. Seek medical advice and tests if you have been forced to have sex-you may be at risk of infection/pregnancy. Also try to speak to a counsellor/psychiatrist for emotional healing and if possible bring the crime to light so that the criminal can be stopped.
