Rape is when a person is forced to have sex against their will. Rape victims are usually female but males can also be raped. Rape is wrong and you are not to blame if it happened to you. If a condom is not used rape can put you at risk of HIV, Sexually Transmitted Infections and pregnancy if you are a woman. If you were raped in the last 72 hours go to a clinic for emergency pills to prevent pregnancy and HIV. Medication to prevent HIV is called PEP. These emergency pills must be taken within 72 hours of being raped so go to a clinic IMMEDIATELY. Victims of rape can feel sad and angry-share your problem with someone you trust.
