Trichomoniasis Symptoms-MEN:most men do not get signs so you may have it without knowing. Signs include irritation inside the penis, mild discharge or burning after urination/ejaculation. WOMEN:some women get signs but not always. Signs can be yellow/green smelly vaginal discharge, pain during sex/urination, itching, abdominal pain. Symptoms of trich are similar to other infections. Get tested at a health centre to make sure you get the right treatment. Having trich increases your risk of catching and passing other infections including HIV so it's important to abstain until you have completed treatment to protect you and your partner.
