The early symptoms of Ebola are high fever, headache, muscle aches, stomach pain and diarrhoea. They may also include sore throat, hiccups and red itchy eyes. At a later stage, vomiting, rash, bleeding through body openings(eyes, nose, gums, ears) and spitting up or vomiting blood can occur. Final symptoms include chest pain and shock, leading to death. A person suffering from Ebola should always be handled with care, using protective wear like gloves, masks and goggles and should be taken to the nearest hospital IMMEDIATELY for proper care and management.
