Symptoms of heart disease vary and some heart diseases don't have early symptoms. Symptoms include chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness and fatigue, palpitations(the sensation of the heart beating in the chest), lightheadedness, fainting or feeling about to faint, stroke and swollen legs and abdomen. If you have any of these symptoms, go to a health unit IMMEDIATELY for examination and treatment.
