Tests for ovulation consist of the calendar, temperature and cervical mucus methods that show when a woman has ovulated. These tests are used to identify a woman's fertile phase: the period during a woman's menstrual cycle when she can become pregnant. Blood tests can also measure a woman's hormone levels to check for ovulation.
