People with HIV can be healthy if they take the correct treatment to fight the virus. Positive living can keep people with HIV healthy by having a balanced diet, drinking fresh clean water, sleeping under a treated mosquito net, taking septrin daily, using condoms always to avoid reinfection and taking ARVs as instructed by a health worker. Just because someone seems healthy does not mean they are not infected with HIV. The only way you can know if you have HIV is to take a test.
