To reduce your risk of skin cancer, always use a sunscreen with an SPF(sun protection factor) of at least 15 and that protects you against both UVA and UVB radiation. Stay in the shade as much as possible, especially between 11am and 3pm when the sun is at its strongest. Don't get sunburnt. Wear protective clothing. Don't use sunbeds.
