Scalp psoriasis usually occur on parts of the scalp or on the whole scalp. It causes patches of skin covered in thick scales. To some people, scalp psoriasis is extremely itchy, while others do not have any discomfort. In extreme cases, scalp psoriasis can cause temporary hair loss.
