If you feel like fainting:lie or sit down to reduce the chance of fainting, don't get up too quickly, place the head between the knees if seated. If someone faints:lay the person on their back and loosen belts, collars or clothing. To prevent fainting again:don't get the person up too quickly, check the person's airway for clarity and watch for vomiting. Check for breathing, coughing or movement. If breathing absent, begin a CPR until the person begins to breathe. Have someone call emergency medical help.
