The symptoms of migraine headaches include: pounding or throbbing headache usually one sided but can shift from one side of the head to the other or it can affect the front of the head or the whole head and usually made worse by physical activity, sensitivity to light, noise and odours, nausea and vomiting, stomach upset, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, paleness, fatigue, dizziness, blurred vision and diarrhoea.
