Treatment of Dressler's syndrome may include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, eg aspirin. Pain medications may be prescribed by your doctor also. Others may be the corticosteroids and a drug called colchicine. Very rarely, your doctor may need to drain the fluid.
