Food poisoning symptoms vary and can start within hours or days later after eating contaminated food and include; nausea, vomiting, watery diarrhea, abdominal pain, stomach pain, loss of appetite, fatigue and fever. Rush to the nearest health unit for treatment if one; has frequent vomits, vomits blood, severe diarrhea, bloody stool, extreme pain or severe abdominal pain, symptoms of dehydration include; excessive thirst, dry mouth, little or no urination, severe weakness and dizziness.
