If you are have tricuspid stenosis you are likely to have an unusual awareness of the heartbeat or palpitations. Due to the back pooling of blood, you may also have some fluttering discomfort in the neck. Cold skin may also be experienced as well as fatigue. At times it may be as bad as experiencing an enlarged liver.
