Orchitis symptoms usually develop suddenly and may include:swelling and pain in the affected testicle, fever, heavy feeling in the scrotum, discharge from the penis, pain with urination, pain during intercourse or ejaculation, blood in the semen and testicle pain that gets worse with bowel movement or strain. Visit the nearest health unit for diagnosis and treatment when you have any of the symptoms. Swelling of the testes may also be due to a surgical emergency.
