If you have pemphigus vulgaris, you will develop painful blisters and sores in the mouth followed by the same type of blisters on the skin. The skin sores usually come and go. The blisters will drain, form a crust and peel. The most common areas affected are the mouth and the scalp. Other areas can be affected as well.
