Those with tricuspid insufficiency usually feel tired after doing activities that they would have done without getting tired before. They may also get swollen feet and abdomen(tummy).The abdomen may feel full and sometimes painful, esp on the upper right side. They may also have symptoms of whatever is causing this condition. eg fever, chills, breathlessness if the heart is infected.
