Bilateral enlargement of lymph nodes in the lung may be associated with the allergic reaction. You may have joint pain, morning joint stiffness and joint swelling during eruption of the lesions or before it. This, however, tends to go away after a few weeks although some stiffness may last for up to 6mths.
