Measles is spread from child-to-child through sneezing, coughing and close contact with an infected person. A person with measles is infectious for several days before and after he/she gets any symptoms. Measles spreads easily in areas where infants and children gather for example health centres and schools. If you think you have measles go to the nearest clinic for diagnosis and treatment.
