Septrin is an antibiotic used to prevent and treat opportunistic infections of the chest, diarrhoea and malaria in people with HIV/AIDS. It does not cure HIV/AIDS. See a health worker for the right treatment if you have HIV/AIDS. Never share medicine with others-if you share you will not get enough dose for it to work properly and this may result to resistance.
