Fever - Normal temperature

Normal temperatures can range from 36.2°C to 37.5°C. However, it is important to keep in mind that those numbers are really just average. Children, especially the very young, can have slightly higher normal temperatures. In fact, most experts don't consider a temperature to be a fever in a child until it reaches 38°C. Therefore, if your child has a temperature of above 38°C, then they are said to be having a fever. Fever can be a sign of illness in your child. If your child has a fever, take them to the nearest health facility for further assessment.
