Febrile convulsions - Prevention
Antipyretics(medicine used to lower fever) may not reduce the risk of febrile convulsion, but they will for sure reduce fever and make your child comfortable. While the majority of children do not need medicine to prevent febrile seizures, a few may be required to take medicine while having a fever.
