There is no vaccine for HIV/AIDS. Since 1983 and still today research to find a vaccine is being done but there has been no success yet. If a vaccine is found it would not cure HIV/AIDS but could help to stop it spreading. The best protection available today is to abstain or use condoms correctly EVERY time you have sex. You could also be faithful to one sex partner you have tested with before you have sex.
