When you break-up with someone you love it's normal to feel sad. You can do things to help the situation. Try to accept the relationship is over and understand what went wrong. Talk to a friend you trust or a professional counsellor about it. Don't dwell on the break-up, try to do something you like to move your mind to something else. Try not to have communication with your ex for a while to give you both space and time to move on.
