When 1 partner has HIV/AIDS and the other has not, condoms must be used EVERY TIME they have sex to reduce the risk of the partner without HIV/AIDS getting infected. The partner without HIV/AIDS must have regular HIV tests and the HIV-positive partner continue with drug regime. Get advice from a doctor.
