Family planning can cause very slight changes in the amount and thickness of vaginal discharge. If you've noticed big changes pus or smelly discharge this could be a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI). Untreated STIs can cause infertility and serious illness. Go to a health worker for tests to make sure you get the right treatment.
