HIV spreads through bodily fluids: blood, semen, vaginal fluid and breast milk. If those fluids from an HIV positive person get into your body, you can get HIV. You CAN'T get infected from: kissing, sharing plates and cutlery, sneezing, tears and mosquitoes.
