HIV/AIDS can be spread by lesbian(woman to woman) sex if infected vaginal fluid or blood from a partner with HIV/AIDS gets into a woman's vagina(on fingers/sex toys). Anything entering the vagina should be clean and smooth to reduce risk of cuts- HIV and other infections can pass more easily through cuts.
