Having HIV/AIDS does not stop you having a normal life or stop your sexual desire. Your reproductive organs still work if you have HIV. However it is important that you use condoms every time you have sex to prevent infecting other people. Even if the person you have sex with has got HIV/AIDS ALWAYS use condoms as you could re-infect each other with stronger, more drug-resistant types of HIV. As soon as you know you are positive talk to a counsellor about positive living.
