Genital lice (also called crabs) are small blood-sucking parasites which live in thick human hair like pubic hair. They are passed when lice crawl from hair to hair during sex. If you have itching and pimples near genitals get medical help immediately. Symptoms of lice are similar to signs of other infections so you will need to go to a doctor for proper diagnosis. Lice are treated with special creams available at a clinic. All sex partners from the last 6 weeks must be treated to avoid reinfection.
