WOMEN:Only about half of women who have gonorrhea get symptoms, so it's not always possible to know if you have it. If you get symptoms they can include smelly and thick vaginal discharge, abdominal pain, needing to urinate often, anal discharge, bleeding between periods/heavy periods. MEN:Most men get symptoms if they are infected with gonorrhea. These include thick white/yellow/green discharge from the penis, testicle pain, pain when urinating, anal discharge. Gonorrhea has similar signs to other infections. Go to health centre for accurate diagnosis to make sure you get correct treatment and avoid long-term damage like infertility.
