Cheating/adultery is when a partner has an emotional/sexual relationship with another person outside of their main relationship. Cheating is the biggest cause of the spread of HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) today. Go for tests if someone was unfaithful to you and abstain or use condoms if you suspect your partner of cheating.
