It is not normal for genitals/discharge to smell very bad/fishy. It can be caused by poor hygiene or a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI). Go to a clinic for tests and treatment IMMEDIATELY-untreated STIs can cause serious illness and infertility. ALL sex partners must be treated or you will get infected with the STI again. Use condoms to prevent STIs and HIV.
