Insert the closed end of the femidom by squatting, sitting at the edge of the bed, lying on your back or standing with one foot on a raised surface. With your thumb and fore finger, squeeze the sides of the inner ring at the closed end and push the femidom into the vagina as far and deep as you can. The outer open ring through which the man inserts his penis will be outside the vagina. To remove the femidom take hold of the outer ring and twist it 2 to 3 times to prevent the sperm from pouring into the vagina and pull it out gently.
