Spindle cell sarcoma is a type of bone cancer, it has four subtypes: undifferentiated sarcoma of the bone, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, fibrosarcoma and leiomyosarcoma. They all behave like osteosarcoma but are more common in adults over 40. This type of cancer usually develops in the lower thighs, shins, knees or arms.
